Local knowledge required of "Bridge Cottage" and old flour mills.

This is genealogy-related but the people who will be able to answer my questions will be the local people of Staverton, so I'm posting here in the general category.

In 1895 my great-great-grandmother died at Bridge Cottage, Staverton, which I believe to be the (then) home of my great-grandfather & his family, including my grandmother.

Does anyone know of a cottage of this name, or one that is likely to be refrred to by such a name? I'd be interested to locate it if I can.

My Great-grandfather (William Honeywell) worked in Staverton at "Mr Bowdens flour mill" (he was a miller by trade).
Does anyone know the location of mills in this area? Do any such buildings still survive? I don't suppose there are any Bowdens still living locally?

My ancestors didn't live in Staverton very long. They arrived in 1891, but by 1901 they had moved to Paignton.

Any information greatly appreciated. I am planning a visit to Devon in a few weeks time, so it would be really good if I could answer some of these questions before then.
